International company in alchohol industry is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator


Responsabilities:

  • Communication and processing orders for clients in EMEA and USA.
  • Supplier Management, with suppliers based in Mexico, USA and Netherlands, including but not limited to Purchase Order management, shipping documentation management.
  • Inventory management by coordination with suppliers and in system
  • Administrative tasks, as required, such as invoicing
  • Project work as required and as assigned
  • Reporting as required
  • Oracle Netsuite system maintainance

Requirements:


  • Degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain management or similar field
  • Business level English
  • Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software
  • Used to work under pressure
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP (Netsuite), Customer Service, Business Administration
  • Strong experience in
    exports and
    imports and managing Customs
  • Nice to have: Experience working with Alcoholic Beverages

Conditions:

  • 100% work from home
  • Salary $35,000$40,000 depending on experience
  • 10% bonus on sales
