We seek an assistant with strong organization skills, computer skills and a proactive attitude to oversee all aspects of the day to day operations, manage the lead database, and handle various other office tasks.

This role requires excellent time-management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all daily operations.
  • Manage and update the client database system.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proactively address unforeseen challenges during daily operations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for team communications.
  • Use computer systems for task management, scheduling, and data organization.

Requirements:

Location: Must be based in Rosarito, BC.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, adept at handling diverse responsibilities.

Bilingual:Fluent communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling effective interactions with diverse individuals and businesses.

Transportation: Must have reliable means of transportation for errands and other needs.

Computer Skills: Strong computer proficiency.

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks diplomatically.

Compensation:2500 to 4000 MXN Per Week
