Role - System Center Operations Manager Customer Engineer

Location - Guadalajara, Mexico

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assess client needs:

As a System Center Operations Manager Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of clients and recommending SCOM-based solutions that meet their business needs.

Design solutions:
You will design SCOM-based solutions, including infrastructure monitoring, alerting, reporting, and automation.

Implement solutions:
You will Implement SCOM-based solutions, including server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Provide technical support:
You will provide technical support for SCOM-based solutions, including troubleshooting issues, performance tuning, and capacity planning.

Manage projects:
You will manage SCOM-based projects from conception to completion, including planning, executing, and closing projects.

Train clients:

You will train clients on the use of SCOM-based solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of solutions.

Stay up-to-date: You will stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends related to SCOM-based solutions to ensure you provide the most current and effective solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Strong knowledge of System Center Operations Manager, including infrastructure monitoring, alerting, reporting, and automation.

Experience designing, implementing, and supporting SCOM-based solutions.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Project management experience.

Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, and CCNA are a plus.

Job Types:

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
$ $1,000.00 per hour
