M&A PM. (Merger and Acquisition) Infrastructure PM.
Merged company (OU) Infrastructure IT with Infrastructure IT.
Unified IT for all companies as per home Depot standards.
Brief understanding of Infrastructure Activity and Domain knowledge
ITIL and ITSM knowledge
Cyber Security knowledge and understanding of the Domain fall under Cyber Security
Managing Project Plans and tracker in SmartSheet
Creating Project Plans and Scope documents for new Projects
Understanding of Cisco/Avaya telephony.
Gap Analysis and Remediation for various vulnerabilities in different Operating Units.
Working closely with the Infrastructure IT and Cyber Security team of Home Depot
Raise Risk (RAID logs), raise procurement for Labor or Equipment, and create access for new joiners.
Weekly/ Monthly reports for Operating Unit project plans. Showcase milestones, highlights, or lowlights.
Weekly Project Meetings with Operating Units, along with Cyber Security and Infrastructure IT. "
