    Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

    Location: Hybrid Environment

    Key Responsibilities and Requirements

    1. A 2-year background in accounts payable, including experience with invoice processing
    2. Proficiency in tax calculations and treatments
    3. Experience working within a global delivery environment is an asset

    Core Accountabilities

    1. Effective communication skills in French are essential
    2. In-depth understanding of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger Processes
    3. Accurate registration of invoices in SAP
    4. Level 1 support for AP and T&E, AR & GL for internal Infosys teams
    5. Payment processing, tracking duplicates, collections, cash application, reconciliation, and month-end close activities
    6. Addressing exceptions and sharing learnings through team huddles
    7. Providing customer service assistance on time
    8. Supporting reconciliations and month-end close processes
    9. Crafting, reviewing, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
    10. Managing escalation calls from vendors
    11. Conducting quality assurance audits and providing feedback to associates
