    Job Summary

    This role involves coordinating production schedules with sales orders, reviewing work orders, and ensuring compliance with schedule and promise dates. The successful candidate will be a problem solver with strong analytical and leadership skills.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Match production schedule with sales order date/promise date.
    • Review work orders for accuracy and completeness.
    • Release work orders automatically, print them, and deliver them to the warehouse.
    • Review critical components with Planner/Buyer for schedule compliance.
    • Reschedule sales orders due to supply chain problems.
    • Confirm and book sales orders for subsequent shipment.
    • Communicate with the shipping team regarding sales orders.
    • Contribute to resource utilization and perceived savings in capital.
    • Maintain 95% compliance with schedule and promise dates.
    • Participate in weekly priority list reviews and S&OP meetings.

    • Familiarity with Oracle and supply chain systems.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Degree in Logistics or related field.
