Application Maintenance & Support

Capital Markets Domain

Good handle on ITIL - Incident/ Problem/ Incident Mgmt

Stakeholder Handling & Ownership

Unix Scripting

Java Debugging

SQL
Developer Mindset & exposure

Core Developer willing to perform support

Manage resolution on own

Ability to resolve without defined KT/ Knowledge base
