    Level Engineer to join our IT helpdesk support team to provide technical support to end users. _
    The position is 100% onsite, in our Guadalajara, Jalisco office._
  • At least 25 years experience working in an IT helpdesk role providing technical assistance to remote and onsite end users.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, patience and customer service skills.

About the Position

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

_Other duties may be assigned._

  • Performs local/remote troubleshooting support through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determines the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Develops SOPs based on management/engineering team's request.
  • Creates training manuals and user guides for IT solutions.
  • Improves ticket handling efficiency.
  • Installs, modifies, repairs, and cleans up computer hardware and software.
  • Provides technical assistance and supports related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
  • Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions.

Work Schedule
GDL Office 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST


Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. _Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions._

  • Advanced knowledge on Windows Operating Systems
  • Administrative experience in Office 36
  • Helpdesk support using ticket systems (Remedy, Freshdesk, etc)
  • Should possess strong time management skills as well as the ability to multitask
  • Able to communicate in English (written and verbal skills)
  • Should have experience utilizing PowerShell scripting

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies or in IT related majors.

Salary
30,000 to 50,000
