Job Description:

As a
Technical Writer at
QAD, you will plan, write, research and publish new and updated user documentation, including online help, user guides, technical and reference guides, release notes and KE web pages.

What You'll Do:

Create, develop, plan, write, and edit operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for paper, multimedia or webbased publication
Conduct interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation
Research and translate technical information into manuals and/or webbased documents for nontechnical and technical users.
Produce documentation that conforms to quality assurance standards

Qualifications:

Preferably (1~3) years work experience
Preferred skills in Google Workspace (GSuite tools), JIRA-Confluence, XML, Dita, Oxygen Editor, Content Fusion, Markdown
Strong desire to learn, develop and grow with a global organization.
Good organization skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
