Objetivo del puesto:
Responsable de llevar a cabo las funciones de cuentas por pagar, asegurando el pago oportuno a los proveedores; liderar el proceso de diferencias en recepción de producto vs facturas y/u órdenes de compras entre los departamentos involucrados.
Mantener limpios los saldo de proveedores.Perfil:
Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública, Administración Financiera o afín y/o experiência relacionada al puesto. Experiência mínima de 3 años en el área. ERP (SAP, BAAN, JDE) Excel avanzado. Inglés Intermedio Experiência en Cuentas por Pagar e Impuestos.
Conocimiento sobre aplicación de controles internos e implicaciones/aplicaciones de la ley Sarbanes-Oxley
Responsabilidades:
Revisar la antigüedad de proveedores y programar los pagos en tiempo y forma. Conciliar saldo con partes relacionadas Revisión del cumplimiento de regulaciones de la recepción de facturas. Seguimiento oportuno de las diferencias. Coordinación efectiva con Tesorería para las programación y forecast de pago a proveedores. Apoyo en auditorías internas y externasLI-SL1LI-AV1
