Our Molex division is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor for the Guadalajara Sur, Mexico Location.
Molex LLC is a manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and fiber optic connectivity systems. Molex offers over 100,000 products across a variety of industries, including data communications, medical, industrial, automotive and consumer electronics.
What You Will Do In Your Role:
- Responsible for the correct operation of the ASRS to ensure the material supply in time and quantity of all areas (molding, assembly, receipt and shipments.
- Must ensure the accuracy and traceability of the existing inventories of finished product and raw material, as well as the followup of the area's key indicators (line stoppages and inventory aging.
- Supervise the load, unload and supply of materials in the ASRS.
- Supply materials against the production plan and routes established in accordance with FIFO, material handler board or any replenishment or supply process of raw material.
The Experience You Will Bring:
Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in automotive manufacturing plants as area leader or warehouse supervisor
- Understanding of warehouse, logistics and materials management processes
- SAP working knowledge, WM module
- Basic English
- Leadership and experience managing warehouse personnel
