Your Role

Lead external quality incidents with extended teams to provide responses on time to customers.
Follow up on customer complaints workflow.
Activities coordination for contentions and corrective actions for customer quality claims.
Maintain contact and meet the requirements of internal and external customers.
Coordinating activities for implementing contentions and corrective actions of customer quality claims.
Provide external quality performance information to Guarantee Engineer when required.
Provide support and liaise with Warranty Engineers and AQE for customer complaints (warranties/AIMS).
Support Quality Engineers when there are doubts about the acceptance criteria.
Know, understand, and comply with the specific response requirements of each client.

Your Background

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial or related.

At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry as a Process Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, Customer Window, or quality-direct contact with customers

English - business conversational .

Very good communication skills.

Experience with the automotive electronics industry (SMT components and process).

Knowledge & experience with Quality Systems, problemsolving tools, SPC, PFMEA & Quality Plans.
Knowledge & experience with Quality standards
ISO IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 is a plus.

8Ds, 5Ps, FTA, Failure Mechanism analysis .
