    Mission

    The Business Development Manager will work together with the Management team to support and grow the business in the entire country. Focus on drive the growth of the pump business and increase the market share within the country.

    In this role you will be in charge of ...

  • Develop and grow business through implementation of sales and marketing strategy in coordination with division strategies.
  • Develop a solid business plan including a dealer engagement plan to increase pump business in the territory.
  • Development of the Atlas Copco brand and support development of the Chicago Pneumatic brand.
  • Implement lead generation in indirect channel.
  • Focus on connectivity and rollout connectivity in all products
  • Research competitor activity and prepare reports for the sales team and management on upcoming threats/opportunities for related focused products.
  • Work with Divisional Product Management team and sales team on new products launching and business development plans in the region to ensure maximum reach and growth results.
  • Provide monthly reports showing market share trends, business development results, competitor activity, sales forecasts and prospective activity.
  • Plan and conduct marketing plans and actions via social media focused on related products and segments.
  • Manage and instruct on Safe Working Procedures and Environment.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels and receivables.
