The Right Fit.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related.
  • Proficiency in English.

The Right Skills:


  • The ability to write concisely and with a strong voice without typo or delay.
  • Broad marketing background (ideally including some combination of packaging design, digital/web, social, and branding).
  • The ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to enable all participants to feel equally invested in strategies and executions and keep everyone in the know and able to succeed.
  • An interest and comfort level in standing in front of a client or a room full of peers and giving their opinion or a presentation.
  • The uncanny ability to see opportunities and solutions in the face of a challenge.
  • Passion for new technology and social media savvy.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay calm under pressure.
  • Desire to learn, adaptable to change and detail oriented.
  • A sparkling personality that will mesh well with the existing 121 family (we love smart people with a dash of quickness and humor)

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:


Account Management

  • Develop creative briefs based on client/agency input and manage projects in accordance with agency procedures.
  • Evaluate copy, layout/artwork, and media plans and productions materials and make suggested revisions in keeping with agreed upon strategies.
  • Keep senior management fully informed of account activity and opportunities

Customer Service

  • Share Strategic POV's regarding client business initiatives vs. "executing" materials.
  • Lead meetings (internal and client) and deliver presentations.

Strategic Thought Leadership

  • Assist in analyzing results, drawing conclusions and developing strategic documents and proposals.
  • Understand the big picture as well as the details and contribute suggestions, new ideas and recommendations to supervisors and agency management.
  • Develop strategic insights on the client's business/industry and objectives.
  • Develop understanding of how various marketing disciplines can best work together to support client goals.

Leadership and Management

  • Train peers in marketing, account management, and agency procedures.
  • Provide oversight to junior team members, growing their skills and determining when appropriate for them to take leadership with projects or client and internal discussions. We are committed to developing as professionals.
