- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of production experience.
- Experience in MIG, MAG Welding processes.
- 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with broad knowledge of manufacturing methods.
- Strong sense of teamwork.
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in upholding safety and quality standards.
