    IT Operations Support
    Laerdal is a company that develops products and programs for healthcare providers, voluntary organizations, educational institutions, hospitals, and the military worldwide. Laerdal has almost 1900 employees in 25 countries. The headquarters is located in Stavanger, Norway.
    We are lookin for an     _IT Operations Support_** for our operations in Monterrey, Mexico.
    • REQUIREMENTS_
    • Advanced english
    • Experience with end user support including hardware and software.
    • Experience with supporting Windows 10 and 11 Experience with supporting Microsoft 365 including, but not limited to, OneDrive, Outlook, Office, PowerBI, Teams.
    • Experience with configuring and maintaining hardware such as laptops, mobile devices.
    • Experience using an IT ticket management system.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune
    • Knowledge of network configuration and support including, but not limited to cabling, troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge of Wi-Fi Access point configuration and maintenance
    • Knowledge of network cabling standards
    • Experience terminating and testing network cables.
    - Knowledge of Cisco Switching- Ability to perform basic and mid-level troubleshooting
