Responsabilidades Generales:

• Revisión de la información y comunicación con el equipo de proyecto, de manera que entienda perfectamente la maquina o estación a programar.
• Realice la programación fuera de línea de las estaciones a su carpo.
• Descarga de programa y mapeo de señales.
• Configuracion en linea de la programacion.
• Programacion Online
• Depurar PLC & HMI durante pruebas de puesta a punto.
• Generar los respaldos y actualizarlos en el servidor.
• Generar la documentación de referencia a pantallas y modos de marcha en el manual de usuario.
• Realizar la puesta a punto del proyecto en casa del cliente y Mondragon, manteniendo la comunicación constante con este.
• Generar informes de las actividades realizadas, así como, validar por escrito todo aquello que se haya solicitado y probado con el cliente
• Crear documentaciones de experiencias muy específicas.
• Crear documentaciones de lecciones aprendidas aplicables en proyectos futuros: manuales de equipos especiales, lecciones aprendidas, etc. Guardar esta información en el estondar.
• Mantener actualizado el Plan de Acción cumpliendo los compromisos.
• Apoyo al SAT.
• Nivel de inglés: intermedio
• Disponibilidad para viajar
• Licencia de manejo
• Experiencia: 1 a 2 años en puesto similar.

Conocimientos y Formación académica:

• Ingeniería electrónica, mecatrónica.
• Programación Graphcet, Ladder y texto estructurado.
• Conocimientos basicos de electronica y neumatica.
• Programación de PLCs: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi
• Redes industriales (Ethernet, Ethernet IP, ProfiNET, )
• Conocimientos básicos de instalacion eléctrica.
• Conocimientos básicos en bases de datos (SQL Server).
• Programación básica en LabVIEW y Visual.

General Responsibilities:

* Create documentation of lessons learned applicable in future projects: special equipment manuals, lessons learned, etc. Save this information in the standard.
* Keep the Action Plan updated, fulfilling the commitments.
* Support for the SAT.

Requirements:

English level: intermediate
* Availability to travel
* Driver's license
* Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar position.

Knowledge and Academic Training:

Electronic engineering, mechatronics.
* Graphcet, Ladder and structured text programming.
* Basic knowledge of electronics and pneumatics.
* PLC programming: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi
* Industrial networks (Ethernet, Ethernet IP, ProfiNET, )
* Basic knowledge of electrical installation.
* Basic knowledge of databases (SQL Server).
