Principales Responsabilidades:
- Deliver content management and development of learning materials for end users.
- Provide advice to project managers regarding best practices on training strategies and materials.
- Participate in evolution and maintain up to date all relevant support material related to the training framework, including tools, templates and systems.
Requerimientos:
- Develop learning strategies to support Digital Transformation according to the identified audiences' needs based on the OCM project framework through the preparation of:
- Learning curricula
- Learning path
- Learning schemas
- Learning journey
- Learning material
