Job summary
Work on test software hardware and application specific tooling for assigned product programs Develop and optimize manufacturing functional tests electrical Develop statement of work SOW for test and programming processes equipment Support kick-off meetings MSD workshops with in the PML for the assigned project Enforce proper requirements management for the assigned test process Facilitate test coverage analysis process ensuring adequate test coverage for the assigned test process request design changes in case test coverage issues in early design phase Utilize Six Sigma Test Statistical Analysis Methods to optimize CPK performance of parametric electrical tests Track needed test equipment tools ensure availability of needed material for all equipment tool development Perform test equipment buy off at suppliers drive capability studies strain measurement create list of key parameters to be transferred to quality plan Work out proper documentation of the assigned task respect APTIV processes procedures accordingly Provide equipment training to PML engineers latest after PV Participate in escalation meetings on program management level on demand Support Global Test Site team agreed defined tasks post series processes
