- College degree with major in Engineering, Business Administration or alike.
- Min 4 years of experience in manufacturing operations areas such as maintenance, production, engineering, or similar.
- Min 4 years working in global company
- Stong communication skills.
- Experience in local and global collaboration and Continuous Improvement tools.
- High level of analytical skills.

This position ensures that innovation and optimization projects are stablished and that has a clear connection to the LEGO Competency Framework, Company's Strategy and Department Initiatives with special focus on Business Intelligence reporting, data collection integrity and continuous improvement tools. This position is system super user and point of contact in case of any system changes or upgrades.
