Innovation and Sustantability Manager / Guadalajara:

Our industrial and environmental solutions improve air quality, reducing emissions from industry and transportation, and serve as a key ingredient in the production of a wide range of products.

Responsibilities:

Develop, within the framework and priorities of Yara Latam, Mexico's Innovation and Sustainability strategy for the next 35 years defining key aspects (products, channels, crops, regions, structure, agronomic & marketing priorities, etc.), milestones and steps.
Lead agenda with Food Chain companies, in collaboration with Latam and other markets of the region.
Lead agenda for Digital Ag solutions and projects according the market needs.
Support calculations of the carbon footprint of agricultural products using tools such as Cool farm tool.
Train agronomic / sales teams on issues related to the sustainable use of Yara Solutions.
Coordinate joint initiatives with value chain players related to the issue of sustainability with the Latam/Americas agronomic team.
Support external lectures and trainnings related to sustainability.
Mantaine close contact with the commercial team with clear focus in the needs to fulfill de sales BP and Roadmap.

Profile:

Agronomist or enviromental degree
Able to communicate in English
Experience in databases management
Sustainability/Innovation positions
Agribusiness, food chain companies.
Work with the following tools (or similar): CoolFarmTool (suggested), Digital Ag apps.

Preferentemente residencia en Guadalajara

General and technical knowledge and skills_
Capability to work with external teams and implement projects within different areas/regions/ segments
Ability to give public lectures, comunication skills
