What your background should look like:

The person selected should be able to work with minimum supervision. Some of the task to complete in the role would be
Identifies and leads and successfully execute continuous improvement projects of medium to high KPIs impact.
Lead and execute product/process qualifications within defined timelines and resources.
Support any audit or quality related events to ensure all requirements of quality system are met.
Proficient English communication (technical level), with Customers, vendors, and international sites representatives.
Develops and maintains process documentation such as manufacturing procedures.
Demonstrates a highlevel soft skills set such as Teamwork, Communication, Leadership, Time Management, etc.
Manage technical personnel (ME techs), tasks, workloads and individual performance of team members.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent, with 3-6 years of experience in a demanding in production environment.
Experince and Knowledge in the field of tool and assembly construction, preferably in the field of plastic injection molding, stamping and assembly technology.
Experienced user of CAD tools
A demonstrated ability to lead a focused production / technical problem solving team with a proven track record of line setup including equipment acquisition and process development
Working knowledge of six sigma and / or lean engineering principles with a proven track record in use and delivery of results.
Statistical knowledge, including data analysis and the use of statistical software

Lean Six Sigma

Green Belt certification preferred

Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal, more than 80%
