Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity:
Overall Program Leader for Enterprise Business and IT Transformation Initiatives. Develop Program Structure, plans, lead across the IT organization to deliver.

Scope includes EBT End to End Initiatives, as well as the ESG (Enterprise, Social and Governance) program Establish program structure, and execute MOS to ensure reporting of key initiatives in conjunction with PMO, Service Owners and Stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive execution across IT to ensure delivery within cost and schedule commitments, and ensure realization of outcomes
  • Develop / manage MOS, program plans and corresponding project management artifacts
  • Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and criteria; manage program to achieve success parameters and ROI targets stated in business case
  • Continually update stakeholders of status and publish status reports
  • Assess, mitigate and resolve risks; escalate and propose solutions to issues impacting the project
  • Define processes and select tools to execute the program, including capturing feedback, issues, learnings and outcomes realized
  • Develop and execute a closed loop MOS to ensure successful project execution, and that product and process learnings are captured, socialized and actioned by respective teams

YOU MUST HAVE:


  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive IT, relevant IT/ business experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions
  • Effective at building and leveraging cross organizational networks.
  • Experience leading complex, cross organizational initiatives
