    We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Cooper Lighting Solutions manufacturing plant in Cienega de Flores.

    As a Manufacturing Engineer you'll be responsible for improving products, processes and machinery of the Production Unit (PU) in safety, yields,
    efficiency, quality and reliability performance, ensuring stable production.

    What you'll do

    • Develops standards supporting lean manufacturing and waste reduction.
      Acts as project leader for improvement initiatives (production, documentation).
      Creates technical conditions such that the production process does not get disrupted and it is more resilient.
      Implements of new products and processes including through transfer of technical aspects in the PU.
      Contributes to team at startup in production through technical support and guidance

    • Broadened/theoretical knowledge of generic products/services and the surrounding organization.
      Drives Operational Excellence, Lean methods and tools.
      Deep understanding of continuous improvement
      NPI

      Knowledge of environmental, safety, ergonomy and quality regulations
