Which is your mission?


The Social Media Manager reports directly to our Regional VP of Communication participates in the definition of the company's digital communication by developing its presence on social media and by linking it with other communication and marketing professions (brand management and content management).

How would be your daily routine?

  • Define ways for a deep understanding of the Customer Digital Journey and Attribution Models to build a Regional Media Strategy and ensure the effective execution of it including the buying and planning for all business lines and activities for all brands optimizing cost per Lead and making it more profitable.
  • Also, that risks are carefully managed and aligned with business objectives within the perimeter, the protection and development of the Company's reputation, the perceived value of its brands, products, and services.
  • Transversally lead E-Business Teams, Marketing and Agency partners in the region/country and the support of media managers in the different activities/countries.
What do you need to be successful in your contribution?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related academic background.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in similar roles, in consulting and/or global companies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing local or global external digital agencies.
  • Knowledge of Marketing & Communication, Digital Communication, Fundamentals of Community Management and Brand Content.
  • English in an advanced level.
  • Competencies: Teamwork and Collaboration, Digital Engagement, Advertising, Planning and Organizing, Creativity and Innovation, Initiative, Business Perspective and Attention to Detail.
