Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Brand Payments Associates escalating issues to the Team Lead as appropriate.
- Reconcile and analyze retailer payments due to brands ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
- Manage Zendesk tickets by responding to brand inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Support day-to-day operations including verifying status orders invoices payments processing fee adjustment requests conducting research internal external partners creating maintaining files brand order analysis participate calls brand partners collaborate Team Lead special projects process enhancements system improvements conduct quality reviews team members work escalating Team Lead assist onboarding training new team members contribute maintaining updating SOPs.
