Principal Plant Quality Engineer:

Country/Region: MX
Location: Juárez, CHH, MX, 32690Req ID 67338 Juárez, Mexico

Responsibilities:

MSA implementation and control
Control, monitoring and development of KPIS of the area (FPY, PPM, Scrap)
Control and monitoring of SPC, CPK's,
Lead meetings with the crossfunctional team to solve problems.
Solution of problems derived from the process
Ability to develop product validation tests
Interpretation of plans

Requirements:

Engineering education

- +8 years of experience as an Engineer in the quality area
- +5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry

Bilingual English-Spanish, minimum 80%
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and knowledge of electronics

Knowledge of IPC/ESD

Clean Room. Knowledge of IPC (electronic industry standard) desirable
CORE TOOLS: Intermediate to advanced knowledge
