The HR Trainee at Irapuato is an HR professional who ́s looking for development and wants to be part of great place to work and is responsible to supports in activities within the operations of Human Resources.

Bachelor's degree in progress (current students in Business Administration, Industrial Engineers, Industrial Relations, Pshycology, etc.)English proficiency (fluid, advanced)Demonstrate willingness to learn, teamwork, analytical skills and problem-solving mentality.
