BGSW has 4 development center 2 in India, 1 in Vietnam and 1 in Mexico.

Job Description:

The Scrum Master role is taken by a team member whose primary responsibility is assisting the self-organizing, self-managing team to achieve its goals.

Scrum Masters do this by teaching and coaching team practices, implementing and supporting SAFe principles and practices, identifying and eliminating impediments, and facilitating flow.

They also work with the extended Scrum Master community, including Release Train Engineers and Solution Train Engineers, to increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

An effective Scrum Master is a team-based servant leader who:

Educates the team in SAFe agile methods and practices
Coaches the team on problemsolving and conflictresolution
Facilitates the team progress toward team goals and ensure/facilitate planning process of the program and solution team
Facilitates team meetings and agile ceremonies
Coordinates and followsup with impediments, risks and dependencies with the product owner and agile team members
Preparation, readiness and execution of events of the Agile Release Train
Drives the team to continuously improving itself. Challenges the team actively to increase their efficiency, performance and quality.
Develops and implements reporting methods and metrics for improving the team performance and monitoring team heath and progress for the team and external stakeholders.
Supports the team's efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Software Development industry (automotive software development is a plus)
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in leading teams
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
Scrum Master certification is a plus
Agilist certification is a plus
Knowledge about ASPICE
Advanced knowhow in change and problem resolution management
Good software development process knowledge
Good project management skills (project planning, monitoring, risk management)
Good communication and presentation skills
Basic knowledge about the Product Life Cycle
Basic Requirements Engineering Skills
