Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Process Engineer to join the Machining department in Reynosa, Mexico. Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager and Indirect Machining and Maintenance Leaders, you will be responsible for developing programs to machine castings and selecting tooling to fabricate parts to required specifications.

Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Key player in the RCPS process as a "Problem Solver", addressing production issues, quality problems, and safety risks.
Collaborate on project implementations, provide input on engineering changes, and ensure successful implementation.
Mentor and guide Improvement Specialists and others in technical aspects, problem-solving, and project management.
Support production operations, troubleshoot daily issues, and work towards permanent resolutions.
Specialize in machining equipment, processes, and controls.

BA in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of CAD/CAM, G and M code programming, and GD&T experience
Background in machining areas and familiarity with Mori Seiki and Robot systems
Experience with semi-automatic processes and a tool & die background
