    Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of communication with management of the designated areas and actively support business initiatives and business needs to contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing of their teams and for the business to achieve its objectives
  • Deploy initiatives of COE (TA, TM and Rewards) to guarantee the compliance of the corporate guidelines and efficient implementation of processes
  • Participate in the execution of personnel planning, annual salary rounds and promotions/salary adjustments for defined areas in accordance with GSMS-process and in close cooperation with Rewards Team to guarantee consistent salary management process
  • Promote and manage a high employee engagement at every level in the designated areas through effective motivation, coaching, training and development actions to attract and retain the best talents
  • Execute on boarding and off boarding processes according to the guidelines of the company, in the designated areas, to ensure comply the internal processes and local legal requirements
  • Maintain updated SAP module PPOME to ensure accuracy and quality data of organizational structures
  • Participate of recruitment process to designated areas to assure the quality of the process.
  • Work closely with country HR Director, and Regional Talent Team to implement talent and leadership development concepts aligned to the needs of individuals and the organization
  • Implement talent and leadership concepts into the country to increase the leadership strength and close the talent gap in the business
  • Lead the performance evaluation, the succession management and talent identification process as established in global/regional guidelines by country, giving tools, supports and contents to HR Business Partners.
  • Identify the development/learning needs of the organization by analyzing individual development requirements through the ILDP, #MYBEST and other sources
  • Create the development/learning calendar and scheduling, lead the full scope of program and ensure a smooth communication of all programs with participants to ensure that participants are fully invested and receive maximum returns from the program
  • Create content and material for in-between sessions and follow ups to support an effective learning transfer
  • Manage cross-functional development initiatives such as job rotation, mentoring and other career development activities to drive talent exposure and increase talent experience
  • Follow up on the country training budget and material resources
  • Support any Talent ad hoc requests and other initiatives as required
