General Sales Support Analyst

Main Purpose

Responsible for executing the end to end recruitment process for PepsiCo professional positions aligned with the local requirements in order to fulfill the business talent needs.

Responsibilities:

Accountabilities

Constant communication with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders.
Deliver correct screen and sourcing aligned with business requirement
Confirm internal eligibility criteria per applicant (level / perf ratings / time in role via Hired Score)
Develop and negotiate the offer terms (e.g. comp. sign on bonus, vacation time, benefits, etc.)
Periodically review and manage open requisition report for accuracy
Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement
Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities
Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issues resolution

Have at least 18 months in your current function
Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position
PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years
Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree (Business, Psychology, HR, or related)
Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills), Portuguese (Desirable)
A minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience. Previous intermediary experience with highvolume, fulllifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience for professionallevel. Previous agency or search firm experience is also relevant and will be considered. Previous HR experience, or specifically HR generalist work where recruiting was a large percentage of the work, is also relevant and will be considered.
Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Non Technical Skills

Desired experience in Share Services Model
Prior work experience within another CPG or manufacturing organization and/or within another large, global, matrixed environment
Displays professionalism and interest to learn in an effort to develop strong client partnerships
Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization
Must be collaborative team player
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Must appreciate the need to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
