    Responsabilidades Clave

    -Gestión del buzón de precios de EE. UU. Manejo de todas las nuevas tarifas recibidas en el buzón, cargarlas en SharePoint, actualizar el Registro de Tarifas y distribuirlas a los equipos correspondientes.

    -Programar llamadas con BD, rating y operaciones para validar la comprensión completa de la tarifa, así como el acuerdo para su aplicación.

    -Cargar/Configurar tarifas en FSS, la herramienta de rating (fechas de vigencia, tablas de tarifas, lógica de cálculo, excepciones, entre otros).

    -Auditar/Probar que todas las tarifas de los clientes fueron cargadas correctamente, para garantizar productividad y precisión.

    -Brindar apoyo total al equipo de Rating & Billing ante cualquier error de rating fallido o actualización de contrato identificada. Gestión de la guía de resolución de problemas.

    -Comunicar al equipo de Rating & Billing cualquier actualización o nueva funcionalidad dentro del sistema FSS.

    -Responsable de monitorear las tarifas próximas a expirar y solicitar extensiones.

    -Asegurar el cumplimiento con las políticas de la empresa y los organismos reguladores estatales y federales.
