We are currently seeking a Personnel Logistics Coordinator, reporting directly to Administrative Manager to join the team based in Ensenada, BC, Mex.

About The Role:

Organizes personnel logistics requirements; flight tickets, land transportation, hotel accommodations, immigration processes.

POSITION OUTLINE

Follow and organize and control all required AIR transportation going to/from rotation.
Follow and organize and control all required Hotel booking going to/from mobilization.
Carry out overall assistance and comprehensive admin support for client personnel on immigration process.
Provide all necessary support for staff going to/from rotation.
Coordination with Land transportation coordinator
Knowledge on budget management.

Requirements;

Ensenada Resident
Fluency in English is mandatory requirement
Fluency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe)
Good relationship with people

High motivation to perform the specified duties diligently and with relevant commitment throughout the Project period
