Job Purpose:


Are you an effective salesperson who enjoys daily interactions with an established client base? TD SYNNEX is looking for an Account Manager Renewals Jr.

who can deliver results and provide exceptional customer service to our partners. In this role, you work with specific, identified accounts. Position owns the daily contact with specific, identified accounts. Incumbents work proactively to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability. Incumbent is seasoned and has the experience to handle complex customer issues. Take your sales career to the next level as an Account Manager Renewals Jr.


Responsibilities Description:


  • Responsible for revenue and profitability growth for the assigned accounts.
  • Generates opportunities through outbound calling to assigned customer territory and potential new customer targets.
  • Ability to understand P&L metrics for the account and make appropriate pricing decisions with the final approval of the Manager.
  • Can make appropriate transactional based decisions that are beneficial to the profitability of the territory with guidance from the Manager when needed.
  • Coordinates with field sales team to answer RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and QBR presentations.
  • Performs basic account research to identify worth and future opportunity of their assigned territory and new customer targets.
  • Responsible for having knowledge of customers within assigned territory and creating relationships at the purchasing, sales, and operational levels.
  • Maintains detailed account profiles for territory and has ability to identify opportunities to attached additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings where applicable.
  • Builds stable relationships internally with supporting departments (vendor management, finance, purchasing, etc.)
  • Ability to identify potential issues and challenges and provide visibility to them in a timely manner to Leader.
  • Develops written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts and starts to offload repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams.

Required Education or Certifications:


Education Level

  • University Degree:(Commercial or Administrative).
  • English intermediate.

Other Education, Experience, Certification, and KSA

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
  • Able to display a preference for interacting with people, being friendly, outgoing, articulate and socially at ease.
  • Provide courteous and timely responses with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work as part of a team. Build solid, effective working relationships with others.
  • Possesses organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
  • Ability to identify and execute creative solutions to nonroutine issues.
  • Ability to conduct business analysis, identify opportunities for additional revenues, and perform account planning.
  • Ability to negotiate, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a high pace work environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to effectively multitask.
