    Job Description:

    The Mission of the position is to deliver the One Roof project in Mexico

    • Animate the steering committee with regular update
    • Alert/escalate problem to the steering committee when necessary
    • Drumbeat each subdepartement project in line with department responsible
    • Perform Benchmark with other One Roof in the world to ensure best in class practices
    • Propose new R&R in line with the new organisation
    • Develop factual KPI to properly assess the workshare (and cost share) of each entity
    • Perform regular communication toward key stakeholder regularly (quarterly at MDs level / Monthly at entity level / weekly at department level)
    • Define with each department the matrix of SoD for each process which are transferred to the Shared Services
    • Change Management
