    The Regional Sales Manager drive regional growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing customers within the Off-Highway and Industrial segments, focusing on wire harnesses, control boxes, and high-voltage cable solutions.

    Candidate Profile

    • Bilingual Spanish/English sales professional with proven success in new business development and managing complex accounts.
    • Experience selling complex electrical systems, wire harnesses, electronic components, or similar industrial products.
    • Entrepreneurial, competitive, and highly motivated to grow market share in the region.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, both at technical and executive levels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to strengthen market presence in Central Mexico.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Off-Highway and Industrial OEM customers.
    • Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, plant visits, RFQ development, commercial negotiations, closure, and post-sales follow-up.
    • Present technical and commercial proposals for harnesses, control boxes, and high-voltage products.
    • Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, and Program Management teams to address customer requirements and support new product introductions.
    • Provide on-site support for technical and quality issues, ensuring prompt containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
    • Conduct market analysis, develop sales forecasts, and deliver executive-level reporting.
    • Represent the company during customer visits, technical reviews, audits, and industry events.
