- Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, plant visits, RFQ development, commercial negotiations, closure, and post-sales follow-up.
- Present technical and commercial proposals for harnesses, control boxes, and high-voltage products.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, and Program Management teams to address customer requirements and support new product introductions.
- Provide on-site support for technical and quality issues, ensuring prompt containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Conduct market analysis, develop sales forecasts, and deliver executive-level reporting.
- Represent the company during customer visits, technical reviews, audits, and industry events.
- Consultative sales approach with the ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
