Health Supply 770, one of Florida's fastest-growing medical supplies companies, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality medical supplies and equipment, carefully selected by our experienced sales reps and warehouse staff with years of combined experience in the healthcare industry.

EXPERIENCE WITH THE HEALTH INDUSTRY IS A MUST
Compensation:
Base salary + commissions
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Team Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing effective sales strategies, setting objectives, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing support to help the team surpass their targets and succeed.
Experience in the Medical Area is a plus. Experience selling products to big businesses
is a must.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management and leadership,
preferably in online sales environments

Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities
:
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Datadriven decisionmaking with the ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other salesrelated tools.
Experience in the medical field is a plus, with knowledge of medical sales practices and regulations, which would be highly advantageous for this role.
