We are able to offer a great job opportunity to work as an Accounts Receivable Analyst based in Corporate Offices -Juarez, Chih., MX.

You will be responsible for Analyze and control the correct record in the month that corresponds to the transactions that the accounts receivable of the supported plant.

Ensure that all services provided, and Shipments made to customers are accounted for and collected in accordance with the terms of customer payment.

YOUR TASK WILL BE

Update and price analysis.
Post Billing.
Ensure that invoices are entered into the client portfolio.
Reconciliations of intercompanies.
Reconciliations of shipments vs. billing vs. sales.
Generation and reconciliations of commercial reserves.

- comply with SOX, Leap, and internal procedures.

Attend internal and external audits as required.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
2+ years as Accounts Receivable Analyst.
Knowledge in SOX, reconciliations (intercompanies, shipments, billing, and sales).
Advanced English Level required.
