    We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Architect to drive strategic client value realization for our top enterprise customers across North America and globally. As the senior-most post-sales advisor, you will partner with C-level stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that drive retention, growth, and long-term success.


    About the Role:



    • Lead client-facing teams in delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs

    • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure executive alignment, adoption, and renewals

    • Assess implementations and develop recommendations on architecture, solution design, lifecycle management, and feature adoption

    • Deliver expert guidance on complex concepts while simplifying them for technical & executive audiences

    • The role requires a unique blend of business acumen& technological expertise. You will be an integral part of shaping our clients' most valuable relationships.
