Job description

Vehicle assembly process engineer in charge of engineering changes with knowledge of vehicle assembly.

It must have the ability to interact with work areas such as Production Control, Plant Engineering, Production, Vehicle Quality, among others.

In addition, it must have the capacity to analyze quality and efficiency problems of the T&C plant.

Key Roles/Responsibilities of the Position

Interpretation of norms and standards for their implementation in T&C processes.
Implementation and improvement of assembly processes.
Interpretation and adoption of engineering changes.
Installation and startup of equipment and tools to improve assembly processes.
Analysis and solution of quality problems.
Ability to analyze improvements and changes in the vehicle proposed by design.
Ensures compliance with the processes and procedures of T&C Shop.
Prepares and presents reports to executive levels for information and approvals
Works crossfunctionally and crossculturally to achieve goals

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Language:
Fluent English skills (verbal and written communication)
Flexible working time
Ability to travel on occasional multi-day trips

Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose solutions to quality concerns.

knowledge of MS Office and programming software
