BS. (Architect / Civil Engineer/industrial Engineer).

To manage the administration (in some projects starting from the acquisition of the land and up to the completion and its delivery) of the various real estate projects of the company that range between US$3.5 million and up to US$5 million.

Experience required to:
Negotiate and supervise all key players within a project: architects, engineers, contractors and project consultants.
Design a project (preparing business plans, managing and administering financing sources, coordinating market and sales strategies, supervising construction).
Proven teamwork and interdisciplinary skills.
Advanced English required (written and oral).
