- Daily proactive maintenance activities within both environments. (e.g. addressing monitoring alerts, configuration changes, switch OS upgrades, etc.).
- Management and development of monitoring systems. (e.g., SolarWinds environment).
- New technology reviews/implementations.
- Change management and implementation within both the networks. (e.g., firewalls, VPN changes, etc.)
- Internal/external stakeholder support (internal support tickets, external customer requests, etc.)
- Customer new business implementations (designs, reviews, configurations, deployments, etc.)
- All other daily functions carried out by Network Services Team.
- Occasional, onsite travel US locations, expected to be less than six times per year Education
