Bilingual telephone collections person needed for rapidly growing cutting-edge law firm.


IMPORTANT:
This is

NOT a remote job opportunity. You will be required to work from the Guadalajara office, in Mexico.


We are seeking a telephone collections person who is self-motivated, can communicate effortlessly with clients, and bring them back onto a payment plan via an automated system.

Also, must be able to think outside the box to get tasks completed. This person should have a foundation in telephone work and should be excellent at what they do.

Responsibilities:


  • Handle Inbound calls from clients.
  • Make Outbound Calls to clients regarding payments and outstanding documents.

Your score will be determined by:

  • The number of calls you make.
  • Collection resolutions.
  • Your ability to obtain documents from clients.
  • Your survey results from Clients.
  • Selfreporting daily on the abovelisted milestones.

  • Listen and relate to clients.
  • Type while on the phone.
  • Know how to operate basic computer functions.
  • Treat clients as if they are the most important person on earth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Selfmotivated and must take initiative.
  • Timeliness is vital.
