Sr Compensation Analyst

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

The Human Resources (HR) division is responsible for the integral assistance of employees.

This includes recruiting activities, administration, compensation, performance management, employee development, as well as the allocation of work-life-balance and training programs.

How you will make your mark

Managin the total rewards function within a region by aligning regional programs with overall compensation and benefits strategy; may contribute to development of total rewards strategy.
Developing relationships with key business and functional leaders.
Contributing to compensation or benefits projects that impact employees in multiple countries, regions, and/or businesses.
Being accountable for impact analysis of compensation and benefits programs and initiatives.
Projecting manage benefits delivery including partnering with vendors.
Conducting due diligence and submit recommendations for MADO transactions.

About you

University degree
6+ years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.
Strong systematic understanding of total rewards systems, as well as other HR functions.
Indepth knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits.
Excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
