Opportunity
The FP&A Corporate MBS Jr.

Manager acts as part of the FP&A Global team, supports Global deliverables, included but not limited to P&L, OCF, HFM global requirements, Cockpit and Ad-hoc analysis.

Together with the FP&A Global Corporate team leads and administrates the MBS team dedicated to monitor and support all FP&A Sectorial teams PepsiCo-wide in FP&A, HFM and Cockpit agendas, delivering continuous improvements (process standardization and tools improvement), providing relevant analytics and comprehensive economic information


Your Impact

  • Lead the process of Summarizing and Analyzing monthly and periodic forecast submissions for International and Domestic North-America sectors
  • Supervise the monthly consolidation of Global deliverables from sectors such as (but not limited to) Forex deviations, NOPBT Cause of Change, A&M expenditure, Innovations investments providing insights into the key drivers for CFO or CEO comprehension.
  • Direct the periodic/monthly regular tasks (Forex conversion from local currencies to USD)
  • Drive the daily validations between Cockpit and HFM ensuring both tie and integrity of the figures on both systems
  • Constant communication as well as Global Corporate FP&A and Sectorial team for all relevant changes including Planning P&L modifications in HFM
  • Drive the agenda for HFM updates including entities, accounts, custom and parameters partnering with the Global HFM Team
  • Supervise the Macroeconomics EIU (Economist Intelligence Unit) monthly data ellaboration
  • Fully responsible of locking and unlocking scenarios in HFM for all submissions related to Forecast submissions, AOP and Special reporting for all Sectors including International and Domestic North-America
  • Constant search of improvements from Manual ways of working to Digital in Cockpit, this includes knows and understands how the teams elaborate Excel tables and transform them onto Dashboards
  • Super Important: Openmind for fast responde on shorttime requirements, this implies managing multiple priorities and constant communication with the stakeholders
  • Own selfdocumented aptitudes, curiosity and service skills are important to attend stakeholders in a accurate and timely manner
  • Create or update MBS role documentation pertering with Transformation Team
  • Provide adhoc analytical and financial process support, as well as to special projects.
  • Build strong working relationships with business partners and the broader PepsiCo Planning organization
  • Manage HR and administrative matters related to her/his team under own umbrella including Carrer Plans, PDR rating, and Budget management.
  • Per request HFM prepare and schedule training including local MBS, regional LATAM or international attendants People Responsibilities
  • Lead 8 team members (7 L07 and 1 L06) to achieve main objectives
  • Coach and onboard new team members of the team in ways of working and processesQualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business or Finance/ MBA preferred
  • 5 to 6 years of experience mainly in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Sales Finance or Cost Management
  • Financial acumen, and strong FP&A skills and experience of forecasting and planning cycles
  • Advanced proficiency business English both oral and written, including technical lexicon
  • Proven record in delivering strategic change, results and customer expectations
  • HFM experience is highly recommended
  • Tableau and Power BI knowledge
  • Sound knowledge of backend (Alteryx, SQL)
  • Strong excel skills
  • Able to work independently and takes initiative
  • Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously
  • Detailoriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
  • Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
