    We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will fully use their knowledge, experience, and expertise to further improve our customer services by serving our clients and partners more efficiently and with stronger focus on their needs.

    Working with other colleagues from the Customer Service Department and the Development and Quality Assurance teams, you willProvide technical support, perform installations and training services to users of AdriaScan software solutions,Receive, record, analyze, and resolve AdriaScans clients requests for assistance andor additional information,Gather AdriaScan clients feedback and share it with other relevant AdriaScan personnel,Create new and update existing documentation and instructions on the use of AdriaScan software solutions.

    As a Technical Support Specialist, you will need the following knowledge, skills, and experienceMinimum 1 year of experience in customer services or technical support roleWorking experience with technical support software solutionsWorking experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantageVery good communication and collaboration skillsBeing a selfstarter with multitasking abilitiesLanguages Spanish fluent, English fluentBSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
