Job Description:

• Production Supervisor
• Duties & Responsibilities:
• In charge of operations in production lines.
• People management.
• Responsible to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plans and administers procedures and budgets.
• Develops schedules and personnel requirements for assigned areas. S
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3+ years as production supervisor experience.
• Advanced or intermediate English level.
• Availability to rotate shifts.
• Experience in electronics production lines.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge (preferably).
• Proactive.
