Position Summary:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Successful projects transfer.
  • Successful projects development and implementation.
  • Equipment commissioning and startup.
  • Equipment release studies (GRRs, CPKS, Strain and Paint test, etc) according to client requirements).
  • New projects followup through detailed documented planning.
  • Equipment Key Performance Indicators monitoring focused in continuous improvement and sustainability.
  • Equipment new requirements implementation (testing, implementation, documentation and standardizing).
  • Maintenance personnel training.
  • New equipment PM routines development and spare parts purchasing.
  • Support to manufacturing areas.
  • Search continuous training and knowledge growth.

  • Strategic Planning oriented.
  • Bachelor degree in Automation, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent, with 2 years of experience in manufacturing areas in development and commissioning of automated systems.
  • Computer and Programming skills (PLC Programming, C+ code or similar, HMI interface design, SCADA systems, Camera Vision systems, Office: Project, Excel, etc.).
  • Networking and computer systems knowledge.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions.
  • Advance English level 90% (reading and writing that allows fluid presentations).
  • Problem Solving and Continuous improvement skills.
