Manufacturing Molding Superintendent

Our Team
Based in Guadalajara Sur this role will coordinate and support the Manufacturing Engineers / Technicians in the molding area.

What You Will Do

Will be in charge of managing production, responsible for weekly compliance with the production plan, optimizes the Production System, Its main indicators are Safety, 5S' OEE and POEE.

Manage manufacturing processes from the perspective of quality and process assurance. Coordinates and supports the Manufacturing Engineers / Technicians in the molding area. Manages the operating personnel hiring plans according to demands and transfers. Meet the needs of the area to meet the Manufacturing and Quality KPIs.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Engineering Bachelors
2+ years of experience managing people in similar role (production superintendent, production supervisor).
Basicintermediante English (basic reading and interpretation, nice to have fluent speaking)
SAP management / Shop floor control management
Ability to read production orders, Interpretation of drawings, knowledge of quality standards, basic knowledge of sensors, automation and control of processes.
